We recognise the integral role education plays in strengthening our community and empowering our youth. That’s why the High Achiever Awards has been a proud initiative of Zakat House for over 20 years.
Since 1997, we have been committed to recognizing and celebrating the academic achievements of our outstanding Muslim students who have completed their HSC exams. This awards night is an opportunity to honor the hard work and dedication of these high-achieving individuals, and to acknowledge the support and guidance of their teachers, families, and the Muslim community.
We recognise the integral role education plays in strengthening our community, as a part of our mission to cater for the needs of the communities in Australia and Lebanon.
In Islam, it is important to strive to do your best in every aspect of life for both this life and the hereafter. We would like to encourage the youth to strive for their best in their education.
As a charity who has a strong communal foundation - from our team to the people we support, we would like to celebrate the academic achievements of the youth in our community.
To be eligible for nomination, the student must have completed their HSC exams in 2022 and must have a minimum ATAR of 90. Students must also have graduated from a NSW high school.
We encourage you to nominate a deserving student for the Muslim HSC High Achievers Awards Night. The deadline for nominations is 22nd of April 2023.
Thank you for your support in celebrating the academic achievements of our Muslim students.
